2024–2025 Admissions Schedule

  • Applications for the 2024 Summer Session Courses and for admission into the regular Fall Semester of 2024 are currently being accepted. The deadline to apply for the Fall Semester of 2024 is August 15, 2024.
  • Scholarship applications for the Fall Semester of 2024 are due April 30, 2024.

Admissions Process

  1. Complete the online application. State your interest in either the Advanced Fine Art Program or the Bachelor of Fine Arts program. You will be asked for a short statement of purpose and to submit 10 images. (Questions? info@studioincamminati.edu
  2. Pay the $25 application fee online HERE. The fee is fully refundable before signing the enrollment agreement.
  3. The Admissions Committee reviews the application and invites candidates for an interview with two members of the faculty. 

If accepted, applicants must complete all admissions paperwork and meet the following requirements:

  1. Submit an official high-school transcript, diploma, or Recognized Equivalency of a High School Diploma (RED). Students who graduated from a high school outside of the United States are asked to provide a copy of the diploma or transcript, but if this is not possible, they must provide a signed statement attesting that they are graduates of a foreign high school. The high school diploma or transcript requirement is acceptable from a foreign school if it is equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma. Documented proof of completion of secondary education from a foreign country must be officially translated into English and officially certified as the equivalent of high school completion in the United States. We recommend World Education Services, Inc. (WES) www.wes.org or Educational Credentials Evaluators (ECE) www.ece.org for this service.
  2. Complete a Confirmation Form with a $500 registration deposit upon acceptance into the program. The $500 deposit and other tuition payments are fully refundable up to the first day of class and will be refunded according to the tuition refund 22 Pennsylvania Code regulations.
  3. Provide a verifiable Social Security Number and either a valid driver’s license, or state ID with photo, or a valid passport.
  4. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Accepted international students will receive an I-20 Form that will allow them to apply for the necessary F-1 visa at their local U.S. embassy or U.S. consulate. NOTE: Studio Incamminati does not accept “Ability to Benefit” students for purposes of receiving financial aid.

Students with disabilities

Studio Incamminati complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and is wheelchair accessible. The facility is equipped with ramp access from the street with access to all studios and offices, and has ADA-required door handles and a restroom to accommodate students with disabilities. Applicants in need of reasonable accommodations should schedule an appointment with the Director of Education Programming.
