Financial Aid
As part of its mission to make a world-class art education as affordable as possible, Studio Incamminati provides a number of options for students who need financial assistance. For information, please contact Tamara Stokes, Financial Administrator, at 215-592-7910 or financialaid@studioincamminati.org
The Financial Aid Administrator will take the Cost of Education, deduct the Expected Family Contribution and the remainder is the Financial Need. The Financial Need will determine the financial aid package that students receive. A financial aid package may consist of a combination of different types of aid. There are three basic types of financial aid:
Grants are funds that do not have to be repaid. Federal grants are based on need, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Visit our Federal Student Aid page for more information on the Pell Grants and other financial aid.
Other Grants and Scholarships from private foundations and other organizations may be available based on need and/or merit.
Scholarships are also awards that do not have to be repaid. Some scholarships may have a need component; however, scholarships generally are merit-based and reward students for academic or artistic excellence, and/or community service.
Loans are funds that must be repaid, usually after graduation or upon leaving school. Federal student loans have lower interest rates than most commercial loans. Student’s first loan requires a master promissory note and entrance counseling before disbursement. Students must complete an exit interview before leaving the school.

Studio Incamminati awards eight scholarships annually to current and prospective students who are considering full-time enrollment in the Advanced Fine Art Program. In reviewing applications, consideration will be given to the quality of the applicant’s portfolio of work, their commitment to long-term professional or personal goals, and their demonstrated financial need. Scholarship money is applied only to tuition. It is not for materials, housing, or any other expenses. The faculty-led Scholarship Committee evaluates all applications and makes the award decisions. The Committee’s decision is final.
Scholarship Applications are due April 25, 2025. Scholarship Awards will be announced in June of 2025.
Scholarship applicants must submit a complete Scholarship Application by midnight on the date of the deadline in order to be eligible for consideration. No exceptions can be made.
All scholarship applicants, except international students, must fill out a FAFSA form: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
The Scholarship Application includes demographic information, a biography and a statement by the applicant explaining their need for a scholarship.
Mail the completed application to:
